Most potential clients want some idea of cost. This can vary a huge amount depending on the level of finish and fittings. For this reason, we suggest using a guide price of £2,300 per sq m. It could be more or less, but it’s a useful starting point.

Consultation
Get in touch to discuss your requirements. We’ll take the time to explain any of the options and if appropriate, arrange a site visit.
Design
Based on our site survey, we’ll provide you with a plan and rendered image of the finished structure. Once agreed, we’ll continue.
Build
Withe the plan signed off, we will agree a build schedule and proceed with the build from start to finish.
Handover
We’ll keep you informed of progress throughout the build and address any final details prior to the handover.
We’ll take care of the building’s structure and guide you through your design choices.

The benefits of our Garden Studios
Breathable
Structures built with ADEPT® are vapour permeable, meaning water vapour can pass through walls, contributing to a mould free living environment.
Humidity Control
The hemp plays an active part in controlling the humidity within the building. Naturally regulating the water vapour in the air as it fluctuates.
Thermal Control
The hemp has a high thermal mass which means it can absorb a significant amount of heat, keeping buildings warm in winter and cool in summer.

We would be able to advise you on this but you can take a look here if you’d like to check. We would always advise a call to your local planning department for peace of mind.
